Single Lighting (C/W)

Single Lighting

Using only one lighting
Dull location - will create suspense and mystery
Straight down on a surface will enlighten a subjects face
Lighting beaming down on a table enlightens face of a subject
Black sheet of cloth will absorb the light and make a subjects face darker in lighting-tone
A bright White cloth will further enlighten a subjects face  therefore

Prop

In my short film, only one prop was needed. An eerie/terrifying mask. I have purchased a sinister pig mask of Amazon as a scary human mask was not for available to order. Moreover, a pig mask will be better for my production as it will emphasise the hallucination, Josh is having in the film. A humanly-sinister-pig dressed in a deathly black suit is much more bizarre and strange which is needed to boost the intensity of the hallucination scene.

The prop cost me: £7.25 which is great as my budget was £20. I may messily paint red upon the mask to make the mask look bloody, deathly and even more sinister.
